What are the store hours?
Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM - 5 PM
Do you accept donations?
Yes, we accept donations on Saturdays at the warehouse from 10 AM to 4 PM (warehouse closing time).
What items do you accept?
We accept most items except large exercise equipment (treadmills, etc.), large appliances (washers/dryers, etc.), mattresses and box springs, pianos, and undergarments.
Do you pick-up donations?
We do pick-up donations and pre-arranged post-estate sales. Email Thrift Store manager Leigh Rooke (leigh.rooke@thearcofhanover.org) to arrange for a date on our calendar.
How do I become a member of The Arc of Hanover?
There is no longer a membership fee. We consider you a member if you have an intellectual or developmental disability, support our mission, have a family member with an intellectual or developmental disability, or you just want to be a part of our inclusive and wonderful community.
How do I get updates on upcoming events?

How are you funded?
We are a non profit organization and all funding comes from private and corporate donations, sales from our Thrift Store, grants and fundraising events.
I would like to be more involved but am not sure what I can do?
We have a variety of opportunities to help support our mission. Contact diane@thearcofhanover.org if you would like to help plan events, information sessions, would like to assist with IT or computer projects, or would like to sponsor an event.
